The Fitness Corner is an innovative product in the sphere of home fitness. Intuitive design and research on this Teuco product has led to the creation of a single appliance that can be used both for aerobic exercising and for strength training (muscle building), even where space is at a premium.
The Fitness Corner comes with a generous variety of apparatus, arranged ergonomically on an equipped column.
Stepper: designed for aerobic exercising, concentrated on the legs. The stepper is equipped with an "effort selector" that can be used to increase or reduce the force applied to the pedal.
Foldaway bench: used for exercises involving the upper half of the body, especially the arms and torso.
Strength training system: the effort of lifting loads is simulated by way of levers operated with the arms and legs. Using the "weight selector", the load can be varied between 2.5 and 45 kg.
The accessories supplied as standard are large bar and handlebar, heart rate telemetry band, ankle cuffs, handles and electronic scales.

Total control of your training:

Technology and the application of electronics are fondamental aspects of Teuco's research and innovation policy, and now also an integral part of the Fitness Corner, the new training aid for home use.
All training parameters can be monitored by way of an electronic control panel with liquid crystal display, simple and quick to read.
Pressing a button, all the various items of information will appear: number of repetitions, calories burned, partial and total training times. When exercising aerobically on the stepper and wearing the telemetry band supplied with the accessories, heart rate can be monitored and physical effort thus maintained at a desired level.

The product:

The methacrylate front is finished in colours of the Teuco shower range and incorporates a moulded polyurethane bench (turquoise) of foldaway design. The Fitness Corner can be installed against two adjoining walls, occupying a right angle of just 70x70 cm in width. To exercise with proper freedom, a clearance of one metre is needed to the front of the unit with the bench down. The Fitness Corner can also be installed in combination with Teuco shower and shower sauna models 122 and 124.
